After wrapping up my English Language and Literature studies, I jumped straight into teaching. My teaching journey started at United International University, and then I moved on to the University of Asia Pacific. These weren’t just places of work for me; they felt like vibrant communities. But then, bam! COVID-19 hit us hard. Suddenly, the lively classrooms that were my second home turned eerily silent. Schools and universities shut down.
